Our Simple Interface Makes It Easy for Customers to Create Their Rewards Account
Customers receive an SMS and Email message requesting verification of the contact information entered with account creation (Activate Card on POS). The customer’s card code, first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number are auto-completed with information entered at activation. If necessary, the customer should edit any incorrectly entered information and select submit to ensure their purchase activity is monitored accurately. The cash-incentive earned with account activation is instantly-redeemable through a purchase in the rewarding merchant’s shop.

What Can You Expect To See?
On the Clover home screen, you will find the Customer Loyalty Accelerator "CLA" app, which automatically opens the Clover POS camera. The sales associate can simply scan a card's barcode or QR-code via the built-in scanner to check the balance. In the absence of a printed rewards card, the balance can be checked by entering a customer’s mobile phone number or email address.
Clover's default register application includes a new CLA payment method under the "Other" section for transactions. By pressing CLA, the sales associate may check the balance in the customer's Rewards Card account and apply it to the transaction.
