A. The Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA) is a cash rewards incentive program, enabling merchants to identify and reward their best customers with a cash amount for use with a future purchase.  For more information, please go to https://customerloyaltyaccelerator.com/

A. Find "Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA)" in the Clover App Market, select the right subscription for you and install it. If you need more information about our subscription levels, please refer to "What subscription level is right for me?"  After installing the application on your Clover POS, follow the Getting Started steps described in Merchant User Guide for Clover POS TerminalsIf you still have questions, then please contact customer support by web help, email or phone as indicated in the Customer Support section of the User Guide.

A. No, Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA) is designed to work seamlessly with your existing loyalty program. The customer contact information collected by CLA can be transferred (imported) into your existing loyalty database. Customers can be contacted through your existing loyalty program or through CLA.

A.Yes, we offer a Trial Plan for a limited time. Please refer to "What subscription level is right for me?" above for more information or go to our Pricing page on this website.

A.  Yes, Customer loyalty Accelerator (CLA) uses SMS to send notifications to customers issued a rewards card.  For example, a reminder message is automatically sent to a customer’s mobile device with instructions to register their activated rewards card at https://rewardscla.com/register

A. Yes.  You may share this program across all locations within your business, allowing your customers to earn and redeem their rewards with the same plan across all of your stores.  If your locations (unique Merchant IDs) are linked under a single Clover dashboard, then download CLA from the app market in the web dashboard for each location and they will automatically be linked together.

A.  Customer Loyalty Accelerator CLA) is suitable for a diverse range of businesses in the retail, service and hospitality sector and creates a win-win-win between the customer, merchant, and customer service employee. Knowing your customer, personalizing the customer experience, and delivering highly-valued incentives for return visits are some of the basic cornerstones to deepening brand loyalty and building a deeper long-term relationship with your customer.

A.  After selecting a subscription level for your Clover POS terminal, please follow the steps at https://customerloyaltyaccelerator.com/clover-app/merchant-signup/ to order rewards cards with your logo included.  If you need additional help, then please contact customer support by web help, email or phone as indicated at the top of this Customer Support web page.

A. During checkout, ask your customers whether they are participating in your rewards program.  If they are, then look them up and apply available rewards towards the sales transaction by following the steps in “How do I redeem a reward from a customer’s account?"  If not, then you can activate a card for them before completing the sale.  After the sale is completed, they will receive a SMS notification with a request to register their card at https://rewardscla.com/register.  The registration includes verification of information and agreement to terms of service. For more details, please consult the Tender by Applying a Balance section in the Merchant User Guide for Clover POS Terminals found at https://customerloyaltyaccelerator.com/clover-app-resources/

A.  The cash incentive (Rewards Amount) is set by the merchant at https://customerloyaltyaccelerator.com/clover-app/merchant-signup/ but can be changed with all subscription levels (plans) except the Trial Plan.  Please contact customer support by web help, email or phone as indicated and the top of this web page for assistance changing your plan’s Rewards Amount.

A. The customer sales associate applies a customer’s rewards card balance towards a purchase by selecting Encore Incentives (Customer Loyalty Accelerator) as a tender option, which redirects to the Apply Balance or Activate Card screen.  For more details, please consult the Tender by Applying a Balance section in Merchant User Guide for Clover POS Terminals.  If you still have questions, then please contact customer support by web help, email or phone as indicated at the top of this web page.

A. Customer Loyalty Accelerator (CLA) cards can be activated by a sales associate on the Clover Station with a customer’s phone number. The customer will receive a SMS notification with a request to register their card at https://rewardscla.com/register.  The registration includes verification of information and agreement to terms of service. For more details, please consult the Activate Card section in Merchant User Guide for Clover POS Terminals.  If you still have questions, then please contact customer support by web help, email or phone as indicated at the top of this web page.
