Thank you for selecting a Customer Loyalty Accelerator subscription for your Clover POS terminal.

Before using the application on your Clover POS terminal, these 2 easy steps are required to complete the installation:

  1. Create your CLA Card Program account in our database at https://rewardscla.com/
  2. Associate each of your Clover POS terminals with your CLA Card Program account through a one-time administrator setup process

Please complete the first step by submitting this web form with all of the requested information. Once we receive your information, we’ll do the following:

  • Order your rewards cards, and have them shipped directly to you. Please allow 5 to 10 business days.
  • Create your CLA Card Program account.
  • Respond with a secure link to your login credentials for https://rewardscla.com/login confirming creation of your CLA Card Program account.  Now, you’re ready to login and complete the second step. 
  • Card Program Administrator:

  • Password Setup: Upon completion of your Merchant setup, we will email you a secure link to a temporary log-in password and provide instructions for a first-time log in and changing your password.

  • Merchant Logo Information:

  • If you want your store’s logo to appear on your Rewards Plus Cards, then please attach the logo information file by using the “attach log” button on the form.

    Rewards CardThe merchant logo requirements are:
    • Black and white only (if color is submitted, it will be converted)
    • Accepted file formats: jpg, tiff or png. Security protocols prevents .eps and .ai files, so those file formats cannot be submitted.
    • Size: Min. 75 pixels in height (if file is jpg, tiff or png)
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, tiff, eps, ai.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

* REWARDS CARD SET UP INFORMATION:

Based on the rewards parameters set by you, we will monitor the activity of your best customers and manage their card balances.

*1 Rewards Amount – The cash incentive awarded to a “best customer” identified by your customer sales associate. We recommend a reward amount of $10, but it can be in the range of $1 to $20.

*2 Rewards Expiration Time – The number of days, a Rewards Amount remains in effect on a Registered rewards card. The Rewards Amount will be removed from a Registered card’s balance with expiration. We recommend 14 days, but it can be the range of 14 to 30 days.

*3 Customer Sales Amount – The total sales amount a best customer must accumulate to earn an additional Rewards Amount. The additional amount will be added to their card balance by an account administrator. We recommend $50, but it can be in the range of $35 to $100.
