What Can You Expect To See?
After installing Customer Loyalty Accelerator’s EncoreCLA application, you will use the application to create your store’s CLA Card Program Account, order Rewards Cards and associate your POS system with this newly created account. The sales associate will select EncoreCLA to Activate cards, Check card balances or Use card balances in a sales transaction.
When a customer is ready to purchase items in their shopping cart, the sales associate selects EncoreCLA to use a card balance as a discount in the sales transaction. A customer’s phone number or card code associated with their registered rewards card may be entered to Check or Use a card balance.
