What Can You Expect To See in Your Shopify CLA App?
After installing Customer Loyalty Accelerator, you will use the application to create your store’s CLA Program Account and associate your Shopify POS with this newly created account.
Once this initial setup is completed, sales associates will use Customer Loyalty Accelerator to activate customer’s CLA Rewards accounts, check account balances and apply balances to a cart at checkout.
When a customer is ready to checkout, their account balance is checked and applied as a discount in the sales transaction.

Customers receive an SMS and Email message requesting verification of the contact information entered with account creation.
The customer’s card code, first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number are auto-completed with information entered at activation. If necessary, the customer should edit any incorrectly entered information and select submit to ensure their purchase activity is monitored accurately.
The in-store credit earned with account activation is instantly-redeemable through a purchase in the rewarding merchant’s shop.
