What Can You Expect To See in Your Shopify CLA App?
After installing Customer Loyalty Accelerator, you will use the application to create your store’s CLA Program Account and associate your Shopify system with this newly created account.
Once this initial setup is completed, sales associates will use Customer Loyalty Accelerator to activate customer’s CLA Rewards accounts, check account balances and apply balances to a cart at checkout.
When a customer is ready to checkout, their account balance is checked and applied as a discount in the sales transaction.
